Literally one of the worst services I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer service over phone, only app, and the app's customer service Is poorly dealt with. Also, they have given me 2 different refund issuing dates, and all of them have passed with no refund whatsoever. Highly unrecommended and will NEVER use again.

It was the worst experience ever. They told me that smoking is not allowed, but guess what?! The car i have rented was stinking of the cigarettes smell. I had headaches everytime I was in the car. They asked me for my feedback, and when I clicked on the link nothing happened. As if they don'twant to hear from me, and that they sent me the link to check only boxes. They are completely unprofessional. What a shame!!!!

Worst company and customer service ever. They forced me to pay an extra amount for their mistake. Unfortunately, I signed the contract on 29th of March from Yelo and paid 331.89 at the same time. the daily rent is about 160 riyals per day. Then, I paid 328.44 on the 31st of March to renew the contract . The next day, without any information, Yelo cancelled my contract, and one guy contacted me, and he said he would renew my contract. He renewed the contract with higher daily rent.
